Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Luxury Home Decor-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made items tailored to individual specifications.
- Hygiene-sensitive products such as bedding, towels, and decorative pillows.
- Digital goods, including e-gift cards and downloadable content.
- Perishable items, such as floral arrangements or food-related decor.
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
